Refund and Cancellation
Our policy on course withdrawals and refunds.
1. Course Cancellation by Student
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the live batch are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once the live batch has commenced or if course materials have been accessed.
2. Course Cancellation by AccountsEd
In the rare event that AccountsEd. Learning Solution cancels a scheduled batch, students will be offered a choice between a 100% refund or a transfer to the next available batch.
3. Bundle Offers
The “All-Access Live IFRS Certification Package” (Bundle Offer) is non-refundable once any single course within the bundle has been started.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method. Please note that bank charges and GST amounts may be non-refundable.
