• Live Session Links: Meeting links for live sessions are shared via email/WhatsApp 24-48 hours before the scheduled class.
• Certificates: Professional certificates are issued digitally via email within 7 working days of completing the course requirements.

3. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible software (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet) to receive the delivered services.
