1. Enrollment and Access

By registering for a course at AccountsEd. Learning Solutins, you agree to provide accurate information. Access to live sessions is personal and non-transferable.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including live session recordings, templates, and checklists, are the intellectual property of AccountsEd. Learning Solutions, Unauthorized distribution or recording is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Taxes

All prices listed are in USD/INR as applicable. For Indian residents, GST will be charged as per Government of India regulations. Payments must be cleared before course commencement.

4. Code of Conduct

During live interactive sessions, students are expected to maintain professional decorum. AccountsEd reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

AccountsEd. Learning Solutions provides training based on current IFRS standards. We are not liable for any professional decisions made by students based on the training provided.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, India.
